There was a season of my life when I walked away from a very significant relationship and asked myself a question that stopped me in my tracks:
"How did I even get here?"
It was not just a question about the relationship. It was a question about myself — about the invisible beliefs, patterns, and wounds I had been carrying for years without ever realising it. Wounds that had quietly shaped the way I saw myself, the way I trusted others, and ultimately, the choices I made.
It was during my training as a Family Life Coach that everything began to make sense. I discovered that my childhood experiences had formed a worldview I never consciously chose — and that worldview had been directing my relationships from behind the scenes all along. That realisation did not just bring me answers. It brought me freedom.
And it gave me a purpose.
I founded Insight to Wellness Associates because I know I am not alone in this story. So many parents are raising children from an emotional script they never had the chance to examine.
